Extremely disappointed with my experience so far. I ordered from Hurleys more than a week ago. They haven't even shipped the order yet - for the last week or so, the order status has remained "payment received". I've emailed them a couple of times about this, but I have received no response. I understand that sometimes (especially at this time of the year) things are more hectic than usual for retailers. I, however, do not understand the lack of response or any updates. Hope that changes and that I receive my order.

Ordered shoes on Sunday paid via PayPal and then when I asked on the following Friday where they were they blamed PayPal and told me no longer available. Funny though as my PayPal account had been debited

Hi Yvonne, i did try to explain to you that the order was showing pending by paypal and incomplete, orders do not come through to us until verified with paypal, when the transaction was eventually verified, due to a system error this had not carried through to us, therefore the stock was still showing available for another customer to purchase.until you contacted us we were not aware of this as we had not received a completed order from you , I appreciate this was an inconvenience to you and i have logged an investigation into why this happened , a full refund has been applied to you and again i offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused kind regards Michelle

Bought a pair off armani shorts and they are fake they arrived today and they will b gettin sent bsck first thing in the morning do not shop from here and get conned!!

I never actually received my shoes despite 4 emails and a phone call. Twice I was promised the shoes would be despatched but days passed and it still did not happen. Finally they did issue a refund and this was prompt but the whole experience was very frustrating. I won't use this shop again.

My partner ordered me a Armani t shirt and payed for it on line( between Christmas and new year) to be delivered to the shop we have still not received any emails telling me this is now in store.(07-01-2016) I order all my clothes on line with different businesses and I have never had this issue before and sadly I will not be using Hurley’s any more. But on a positive note Hurley's do have some fantastic clothing range

After waiting for almost 2 weeks,I got further information of my order. They ask me to pay another 20 GBP for my shipping fee,because my order is over 2KG. But they did not tell me international shipping weight must under 2KG when I placed my order . So after long waiting,I can only choose to cancel my order. Such an unkindly store!

Informed too late my order wasn't in stock, then when I cancelled my order I was then informed you had forgot to cancel and had dispatched the item. I had to wait for the item to be delivered to re-send back before I could get my refund.

I paid extra for next day delivery and the parcel was late. Not impressed. Also, an option for a gift receipt would have been appreciated.

Dear Francesca Thank you for your comments unfortunately as your order was placed at 7.38pm you had missed the deadline for next day delivery on the 17th of 12 pm lunchtime, please see the delivery terms and conditions on our site , the order was shipped the next day and the tracking shows delivered on the 19th, i am sorry for any confusion we do not offer a gift receipt as we of course offer a full refund if returned with 14 days of receipt, However please contact us directly if you wish to query anything else, I wonder if you are referring to A Christmas present hope this helps kind regards Michelle

It was delivered very quick to the store, I went to pick my item up with a copy of both emails and my bank card and delivery email along with my other cards for Identification and was told I was unable to pick it up as I need something with a photo on on address the two girls attitude at the till was disgusting and rude I said I had both emails with me and one of them sniggered. I was so angry at the attitude of the bits of kids that u have working in Wigan store! I appreciate that this may be your policy but the attitude and disrespect of the girls has put me off ever going in the store again. I went to the bank and got a statement to prove my address and when I went to pick the parcel back up one if the girls was there again and just passed me the parcel in a very rude way! I think you need to teach the staff you employ A few lessons on basic manners. I won't be ordering from yourselves again.

Dear Kay I am very sorry you were dissatisfied with the service you received whilst collecting your parcel from our Wigan store, i will pass your comments to the store manager at Wigan and contact you directly with a response, our collection e-mail does state that photo id is required to collect your parcel but i appreciate that this could have been handled better than it was in store please accept my sincere apologies again Michelle

I returned some uggs and my money had not been returned. I returned the around two and half weeks ago and have not ever received a confirmation email

Hi Sharyn i am very sorry for the delay in applying your refund, we do quote 14 working days from receipt for refunds to be applied, we received your parcel on the 22nd of June, i can confirm your refund has been applied in full, we do not confirm receipt but send an e-mail at the time of refund please accept my apologies again for any inconvenience caused

Ordered on 3rd November and immediate payment was made by paypal. Sent two emails to customer services with no reply so on 17th November I sourced the product elsewhere and cancelled my order. pretty shoddy from start to finish and wont use again

Item not delivered after at least one month, and eventually returned to you from the postal service. The address I provided was correct, so i can't understand what went wrong. Perhaps you should consider switching to another postal service for deliveries in Greece!

Ordered over 9 days ago item still hasn't even been dispatched let alone received considering I paid for 2-5 working days delivery very disappointed.
