I have not still received my boots. I asked for them the 18th of october and I have not received them. I have also writen 2 emails in order to lnow anything about my order and I have not received any answer.... I am still waiting for any information. Please, could anyone tell me something?

Hi Ian Thank you for your feedback, I have looked into this and can see that your item was dispatched on Monday. The tracking information shows that it is at the delivery office and so I would think that you should receive it today Apologies for any inconvenience caused, Joanne

Is this request for a review a joke? It took you 4 days after taking my money to tell me the order I made was no longer in stock and then a further 3 days for you to refund my money. Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Useless.

Don't buy from here they sent wrong iterm out now trying to make me do all the running around and was told Imight have to wait upto 30days for goods DONT USE this company there customer service is not good

Really disappointed they were like two different pairs of boots one was darker in colour and the anckle bit we're u put your foot in one was nice and tight the other all lose and Baggie . I will be sending these back for a refund aslo very pair of uggs I bought before come in ugg bags these come in a plastic rapper . Really disappointed as was looking forward to wearing them with the cold weather coming .

Last week I ordered a Ted Baker purse which was in the sale. I was thrilled because I had been wanting to buy one for ages and finally I saw one which was beautiful and reasonably priced. Just to mention that the choice was between this one and another one being sold at House of Fraser for the same price, but a different colour. However, the next day I receive an email stating that the item which I ALREADY ORDERED was out of stock, despite the funds already being taken out of my bank account for my purchase! And as if this wasn't enough, when I went to House of Fraser to buy my second choice, it had been sold out, so eventually I was left without anything because Hurley's sells things that they don't have. Watch out when buying sale items guys.

Unfortunately not the best service. I wanted a Ted Baker bag and website displayed but I called in advance to check availability and delivery. Then later that same day I received an email saying 'order cancelled' as the item was not available. Far from ideal on the last delivery opportunity before Christmas. I also think a phone call back to explain would have been more suitable rather than an impersonal email.

I was allowed to purchase an item which was out of stock. Then paid £9 for next day delivery. However It never told me that there was a 12oclock cut off for next day delivery so I paid an extremely high amount for absolutely no reason. No one would help me out all I was told is that it's on the website terms and conditions. Why would I look at those? It should be made clear to customers especially if they're paying such a high amount. I would never ever shop here again it's an absolute disgrace.

ordered xmas present got confirmation email and waited for delivery then two days later received email saying they cancelled order and refunded me as no stock and left me high and dry 8 days before xmas, very poor customer service, they could have offered me same item in a different colour! would have accepted that and been happy but never got the chance !!
