“purchased a Finders Keepers dress in the sale. beautiful dress and worth the sale price. couldn't see me buying the dress though at its original £125 price tag. Sizes are little on the smallish side, I ordered a Small which there size guide stated was a 10-12, my dress size is 12 but when I tried it on it was very tight, had to return the dress, luckily I managed to order a Medium 12-14, not sure whether this is now going to be too big, I'm still awaiting delivery”

“I ordered a bag for my daughter which I was told was in stock and paid straight away. I recd an email stating payment had gone through and order was being processed. 3 days later I recd another email stating it was not in stock and was refunded. How it took 3 days for them to come to the conclusion that something they had in stock originally was not 3 days later when it takes a matter of minutes to check stock quantities??”

“I had visited a number of sites for the slippers I eventually bought from Hurley and unsurprisingly, as it was just after Christmas, stock everywhere was quite low. Hurley not only had available stock but were, unlike other retailers, offering a slightly discounted price. My order was acknowledged immediately and tracking emails, until delivery just a few days later, were prompt and exactly the kind of service that makes online shopping a reassuring pleasure. Thanks.”
