“Unfortunately not the best service. I wanted a Ted Baker bag and website displayed but I called in advance to check availability and delivery. Then later that same day I received an email saying 'order cancelled' as the item was not available. Far from ideal on the last delivery opportunity before Christmas. I also think a phone call back to explain would have been more suitable rather than an impersonal email.”

“Ordered product for Xmas on thursday, got an email on monday saying that product is out of stock and the money will be refunded. So I don't really have a buying experinece, one positive note the money was refunded promptly into my account.”

“I was allowed to purchase an item which was out of stock. Then paid £9 for next day delivery. However It never told me that there was a 12oclock cut off for next day delivery so I paid an extremely high amount for absolutely no reason. No one would help me out all I was told is that it's on the website terms and conditions. Why would I look at those? It should be made clear to customers especially if they're paying such a high amount. I would never ever shop here again it's an absolute disgrace.”

“I placed my first order online with Hurleys and everything went well and was processed. However i then received email correspondence 2 days later saying order had been cancelled as the item is now out of stock. Why couldnt this have been advised as i was placing my order it would have saved a lot of time and inconvenience for me as well as yourselves.”

“ordered xmas present got confirmation email and waited for delivery then two days later received email saying they cancelled order and refunded me as no stock and left me high and dry 8 days before xmas, very poor customer service, they could have offered me same item in a different colour! would have accepted that and been happy but never got the chance !!”

“Item arrived very promptly; unfortunately their online despatch status process is not as good. Even the day after delivery it was showing that the item was awaiting payment and not despatched. Bearing in mind the item was paid for at time of ordering via Paypal (Thursday) and extra monies paid to ensure delivery for a Saturday delivery. Confidence was not high and actual delivery on the Saturday was a surprise.”
