I ordered a bag for my daughter which I was told was in stock and paid straight away. I recd an email stating payment had gone through and order was being processed. 3 days later I recd another email stating it was not in stock and was refunded. How it took 3 days for them to come to the conclusion that something they had in stock originally was not 3 days later when it takes a matter of minutes to check stock quantities??
