“Hurleys dealt with my order quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong sized Kensington Uggs ( beautiful boots at a great price ) and needed to return them on a Monday. I then recieved my refund on the Wednesday! Excellent! A good firm to deal with. I would have given five stars except for the fact that the registered return post cost me £10,”

“I only discovered Hurleys through searching for some Ugg Kensington boots. Fantastic servce - I was very happy - the boots came quickly and delivery was tracked. Unfortunately the boots were too small so I had to return them. Again great service and a refund within two days of me posting them back. I would definately use Hurleys again.”

“One of the items "suddenly wasn't in stock" even though it said it was in stock on the site (and still does). Shouldn't really be selling stuff they don't have. Got a refund promptly, hence just 'Poor' instead of 'Very poor'.”

“First time i have used this company so wasnt sure what to expect. However, as soon as i placed my order i received an order confirmation via email along with tracking info. Parcel was delivered within the timescale promised. No doubt will use this site again for future purchases! Also, parcel was packaged well.”
