Didn’t get the item, paid for it then a few days later I was informed the item wasn’t in stock, I received a 20% discount off my next full purchase but I’m sure the item will not be as cheap as I had originally bought it, maybe try to update the system sooner if the item is not in stock or show as you when it’s in your basket if it’s in stock or not. Just a suggestion.

Returned a Barbour International gilet in early December as not happy with quality of it. Still not had my refund and no response to my emails several weeks later.

I ordered my Belstaff jumper, it said it was in stock. I was informed a couple of days later that it wasn’t in stock and my order had been cancelled.

Dreadful customer service. The item was ordered on 16 December as a Christmas present. A completely different item was delivered. On contacting customer service on receipt of the wrong item they promised a replacement in time for Christmas. A follow up call on 23 December promised next day delivery. No replacement has yet arrived and it is now 30 December. I will not buy anything from this store in future.

Really poor customer service. Box massively damaged and actual product marked. Tried to contact customer services, but have had no reply!! So close to Christmas, leaves me in a difficult position. Give a damaged present or give no present...

Here’s how Hurley’s makes some of its money—they offer wildly inaccurate sizing on their clothes, and then they DON’T cover shipping costs for exchanges. That means that if you’re buying from outside the UK (I’m in Washington, DC), you’ll essentially be stuck with what you order, as the cost of returning the item will be more than the value of the item itself. For example, my jacket cost $130 USD, but the cost to ship it back to Hurley’s when it didn’t fit was $135 USD. Watch out y’all!

Received an item that is faulty. Although I sent all pics, info, returned item etc. They want to return the faulty item to me and don’t give me my refund. I won’t trust this company to put any orders in the future. That was my First order & my last one too.

Received confirmation for item arrival on the 9th dec am. Item never arrived. Today is the 14th and the tracking ref shows is in Edinburg (I am in South East). Very poor delivery service!

A terrible store that allow others to use my email and have not responded to any communications I sent them. they have no systems in place to prevent scams and identity theft. Give them your information at your peril.
