Ordered earrings fir my daughter, a week later I called them to see what was happening with my order, they couldnt tell me? A day later, I got an email to say they couldnt source them???? Then I was refunded.

Would have given 0 stars but it is not possible. Ugg sippers arrived looking like they have either been used or had gotten soaking wet and dried again. Suede was not smooth and soft like my other pair of these slippers. It was rough and worn. The sheepskin looked like it has been rubbed and was not the normal fluffiness you’d expect from ugg slippers. The piping was not properly done either, there were parts of the seam that were exposed. They clearly knew that they were used/faulty as they did not even question my complaint. On top of that, in the middle of this global pandemic where I am not comfortable visiting the extremely busy post office.. they did not even offer to arrange a collection for me. The response was poor, I was not even offered an alternative or any sort of compensation for the inconvenience caused. These were intended as a present which I clearly could not gift to someone. To top it all off.. I receive an email asking for me to send a review online. I work in this industry and know that reviews are asked for, expecting them to be good so they can be posted all over social media. Poor service. Poor product. Poor attitude.

Defective item provided (advertised size did not fit), In addition to requiring me to pay return postage they then refused to refund outbound postage. I won’t use this company again.

You can see from the picture I have posted that the Slippers you sent me (on the right) are clearly not chestnut (one on the left which I have since purchased from a reputable outlet). I have also seen these on other websites all off which are clearly chestnut. The pair you sent me are not. Also, they are remarkably smaller in size. I bought a size 5 in both pairs, The Hurleys pair feel like a size 4. I know that they say they are small fitting but they are also narrower in width. The other pair are so comfortable that I have now purchased another from the other merchant. Hurleys please do not advertise these as Chestnut. I have wasted my money.

Returned tracksuit being an on going issue with this company for months now. I eventually got my bank to step in and get my refund instead of a credit note that's to last a life time (joke) Just putting it out there to anyone who are getting fabbed of with credit notes fight your case I did and got full refund

I am waiting a very long time for my replacement size and as the first size was too small, I had to pay £11 return postage as the company does not provide free returns for the customer.

I ordered Belstaff Panther 2.0 jacket made in Italy, hand waxed, calf leather piece of art. They send me sheap version made in India. Made of sheep skin. Wrong information. They refund my money and post fee. Because of paypal fees I loose money over 50€. A lot of work for nothing. And at the end It wasn't free.

In response to your reply as I cannot find my review. Purchased a hugo boss tracksuit and was to small as we were in a lockdown and unable to see anyone hence the reason it was not returned in the time frame .IT WAS A GIFT and as yius keep saying your website is being updated when ?

The item ordered was not delivered. Currently investigated by Royal Mail. I will be also raising a complaint with Hurleys in due time.

If I could give ‘0’ I would! I was sent a pair of shorts which I paid £40 for and they were really small for the size and not of good quality at all. I have since sent them back almost 3 weeks ago to be told today that it could take up to a further 3 weeks to receive the refund. Anyone buying from this Company should be aware that the product they receive may not be the right product and most of all, you’ll have to wait for ages for a refund and to be clear, money isn’t the issue. The issue is the incompetence of the Company who should have more secure measures in place for refunds. Disgraceful service. Definitely never using this Company again.
