“The service and postage time was first class...excellent! But I was very disappointed that the bracelet I bought was sent in bubble wrap...I've never known Ted Baker merchandise not to come in a Ted Baker box or bag....I've checked other department stores and they say they do supply a box/bag..... Gutted as this was for a Xmas Present and now looks like I bought it second hand ????..... Apart from that I would probably consider using Hurleys again but I would warn people about this too as it's very disappointing”

Hi Christine Most of the Ted Baker jewellery does come with Ted Baker boxes, however the leather bracelets do not. We are sorry if this has disappointed you. We have posted out a little organza bag to put the bracelet in. We hope this helps. Kind regards Natalie

“I bought some ugg boots for my daughter as a first time buyer, firstly got a 10% discount so very happy with that, great quick delivery. I wasn't sure about the colour when I got them and mailed the company to say, they offered me a refund with no problems but I decided to keep the boots. Service was impecable, I can't fault them, would use them again and recommend them to others. Many thanks Hurleys :)”
