“Ordered these thinking they were jeans as described and the picture was not very clear. They were not jeans, but would have been very nice leggings if had fitted.”

“The item itself was good however all I needed was a size up and since for whatever reason you don't do exchanges I now have to wait for you to receive the item then wait days for a refund then order again then wait days to receive to receive the item. This is so frustrating something as simple as an exchange would save me loads of time.”
