“The service was was very good, however I found the 17% discount offer a little misleading, as I was in the wigan store 5 days later spending nearly £200 and was told it's an online offer only, I think it would be good customer practice to have this in store as well , to me that's a wasted offer as I prefer to shop I store Regards Paul”

“Amazing customer service!! Phone call sorted extra fast delivery so Uggs were at my house in time for a birthday. Cheaper than anywhere on internet and faster delivery. They could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be ordering again soon.”

“I can't fault hurleys. Their customer service is exceptional. I have been a regular shopper to the store in middlebrook for years both to women's wear & childrens wear. The staff are always welcoming & friendly & its nice that its regular faces I see , to me that shows that they must be a good local company to work for. I ordered online for the first time this wk & collected from the branch at middlebrook. Fab service received again . Thankyou :-)”

“I was contacted by Hurleys and informed that one of the two buttons would not fasten on the jumper i had ordered and was offered ten percent off.I accepted this and was sent the jumper.On receiving the jumper i noticed that the stitching around the wrist of the jumper is coming apart.I have not contacted Hurleys about this as i cant be bothered to send it back.Very disappointed though.”

“A little disappointed as I'd ordered two items and only 4 days later was told one of the items had been refunded as was not available! To be fair was given a 15 per cent code but don't like anything at the moment! Hoping you get more as like your variety in collection. Normally I buy in store this was the first time online.”
