“In this age of 'press 2 for ....' And being connected to someone abroad who doesn't understand you, how refreshing to speak to a person who cares and bends over backwards to help. This is the equivalent of a local shop on line. Can't praise them highly enough. Will recommend to everyone!!! Xx”

“I could not find the size I wanted online, so I phoned the store. Both store and customer services staff were very helpful - excellent service. I was also offered a first time customer discount and next day delivery, on top of an already competitive price. My daughter was delighted with her birthday present. I will definitely shop from you again. Thanks so much.”

“I was really pleased with the choice of products. I was kept informed of the progress of my order, although one item was not available and my refund was processed immediately. The courier failed to leave a card (as I was out), and the bag was ripped although thankfully all of the products were safe. Will definitely order again.”

“I bought a pair of Fitflop boots, I know the quality of the boots as I'm replacing a pair I bought in 2010! They're fabulous boots and I was thrilled to buy them from Hurleys at such a low price, especially as they're the new style not ones that were being sold off as they were old stock. With the new customer discount I paid £68.75 for a pair of boots that cost £145 in most places. They arrived 4 days after ordering. Not the speediest service but I was in no hurry. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service from Hurleys. Thank you.”

“Was disgusted that I was charged postage, even though the boots I'd ordered were £215, just because I used a discount code for my first order. When the delivery arrived, the box was very battered and torn. Cost me £11 to return the boots, So, not at all happy, and won't use again.”

“I was really impressed with Hurleys customer service and there delivery. For some reason my order would not go through on line but there customer service team called me and we put it trough over the phone. My order was comleted at 13.15 that day and by 9.15 am the following day I had received my item. There next day service was brilliant. The item itself was perfrect and was exactly what I was expecting.”
