“Just returned size uk 5 black kensington uggs which struggled to get on and off(no side zip)- wasn't happy about paying the return postage approx £10 - considering it cost me only £3.99 to receive them :( Other than that I was happy with service and efficient delivery to get them, thankyou xx”

“Items arrived quickly and telephone staff where great at dealing with my questions on payment and delivery, online sales is simple and easy to use, only problem I have found is that on my Iphone if I view an item I cannot then go back to browse items, I have to press the previous page button which often then freezes the screen. Small inconvinence compared to the overall service though, thank you and keep up the good work”

“I'm happy with the goods. They only thing that I'm not 100% happy with is the delivery time. I ordered on the Fri night and I appreciate the weekend is not classed as working days but it was Wednesday before it appeared. I think 2 days is the normal delivery time for most companies these days. That is why I never ticked the very good box”
