“It won't pause on Netflix and then continue without the sound being distorted, it takes numerous attempts to get going again, also it won't remote record off my iPhone I am most disappointed with this piece of equipment”

“It is plain and simple really, it is such a handy piece of easy to use clever equipment, this is my third Humax I use it every day. Easy to set up and use , but I must say it not difficult to use , but there are so many useful features it takes a while to learn the the machine,once you do there is no other discription but brilliant, the reason for this being my third machine is purely keeping up with the technology and features. May I add my name is not MR,HUMAX. I just like their machines With Love.”

“Excellent and very prompt service. My remote fast forward button had stopped working so I ordered a replacement. Ordering was very simple and purchase arrived very quickly, well packed. Thankyou”

“My Humax Freesat is really great. It works so well and has all the pause, record, catch-up facilities I could want. And it saves me so much money as I don't need to subscribe to other services to get all the tv I need. I have recommended it to so many people.”

“Unfortunately I ordered a freeview box when I needed a freesat box. I am still waiting for the freeview box to be collected so I can order the correct one. Hopefully it will be collected tomorrow Thursday 12th Jan 2017. Regards M.Eastwood”

“delivery on item ordered online clearly stated 'next day' but they actually mean 'next working day'. When I contacted customer services they told me the incorrect date of delivery, causing me to take a day off work for nothing. They were very abrupt and rude on phone and only when I thretened to complain they refunded me the delivery costs, which was too little too late to make me feel good about Humax Direct service”

“By eventually supplying a T4000 that worked as the first 2 failed within a week. The remote buttons were difficult to use on the second remote. Again had to purchase another.”

“Very disappointed. Wanted to record/watch up to 5 progs, otherwise happy with our existing Humax Freeview box. This one:- *has no programme info in the guide so we have no idea of content, * the guide is hard to read over moving programme screen (much better with small pic in top r/hand corner and blue background * we preferred a list of recorded progs which were easy to read then play or delete, Now there are icons with irrelevant pictures and fairly small print titles. * if we pause a prog which is also recording, then it cuts off before the end and we have to find the recording and watch the end of the programme, usually just at the climax of the drama. Apart from the 5 prog facility we would put this in the bin and use our old box. As I said, so disappointed in our Christmas treat to ourselves. Why, o why did you change so many good features?”

“Bought a new FVP4000 unit because I was told "Humax are the best". Unfortunately it doesn't allow you to look at information on current programmes without changing to the station. Programme you are watching is faded behind programme information. Also you cannot change from information on 1 programme directly to information on an alternative programme without backtracking 2 steps to the programme guide first. Not as good as I was expecting.”

“Recently purchased a HDR-1100S box, it can only record OR watch, not do both at the same time. I should have read the small print perhaps before ordering!! AND NO delete button on the control box for recordings. Find it very complex compared to other Humax boxes we have owned. Not happy!”
