“One item arrived damaged but the customer service was beyond expectations and item replaced immediately at my request - as given the option for full refund. Would definitely recommend independent store with superb online communication”

“Ordered lovely plate from HUH, the original colour being out of stock however was happy to go with the exchange. All dealt with smoothly and I have since received the item (speedy dispatch too!), and very pleased with it. HUH store always have lovely things on the website so I am sure I will find something else to purchase(!) Thank you”

“Such easy purchasing, consistent order updates and great customer service. Items arrived promptly and in perfect condition (possibly could have cut down a little on the amount of packaging though).
