“Outstanding service. Ordered 1942 blend and hand painted container whilst on a train in Europe - was waiting for me when I returned. 3 days from order to delivery !”

“I was disappointed to be sent 2 bags of coffee that were labelled with a best before date 2+ months beyond the date of delivery. When I emailed to notify HR Higgins of this, I was told this was a labelling error, hard to know if this is true or not, coffee beans seem ok but different to previous batches I have tried.”

“Amazing tea. Love the Sikkim Garden Mark and Darjeeling TGFOP. I’ve shopped around but this is the best I can find. Rather expensive but worth it (just have to hide it from the kids who drank my last stash). Haven’t tried the coffee beans yet…..hiding those too.”

“The Santiago coffee is strong, fragrant and delicious. It was well packaged and promptly dispatched and when there was a problem with the delivery, the carrier's fault, they did everything they could to resolve the situation.”
