“When I lived in London (1959-60), I was a regular customer of HR Higgins. When I moved out of London, I continued to have my coffee mail order. At some point, I stopped ordering coffee, I still rated the coffee very highly, but my shopping habits changed with an expanding family, changing work patterns, and increasing involvement in community activities. Now, 60 years later, I am so pleased HR Higgins is still there. I am now one of the elderly, 'vulnerable' adults, and my shopping habit need to change again. Being able to order my coffee online, or over the phone, fits in with my new regime. The bonus is, the staff are as helpful as they were 60 years ago, and the coffee is just as I remembered it-- perfect! As beans keep well, I can easily have a minimum order, and have my coffee postage free. Even when it has been decided it is safe for me to do my shopping locally again, I shall continue to order my coffee, and my tea, from Higgins”

“Great coffee, super service! This was my first order with HRH as my usual coffee house has closed due to c-19. Really pleased with my purchase (dark and very dark roasts) - loving the 1942 blend and Brasil; came back for seconds...love the quality! Hope to see you soon in your store! Thank you!”

“Being extremely fussy over my mug of coffee (twice per day) if I cannot buy Mr. Higgins, then I would rather not have any other coffee. My special choice is Columbian Libano Supreme Medium in the coffee beans. Thank you Mr. H.R. Higgins”
