“Great selection of superb teas and coffees including some really unusual ones. I love the “Blue Lady” tea, for example, which I’ve never seen anywhere else. But the classics are all wonderful and their own blends such as Duke Street are great too. Coffees are always superb, if a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of exceptional flavour and I like the fact that you can choose different roasts of the same beans. The provence is always great to know too.”

“I come to London quite often, but I had never noticed or even heard about H. R. Higgins before. My brother, who studied in Cheltenham and has a deep love for the UK, told me it’s a must-visit l…and he was absolutely right. From the moment I tried it, I fell in love. The coffee and tea here are simply the best you can find in London. It’s a family-owned business, and you can feel the care and attention they put into every single cup. Each drink feels crafted with detail and passion, turning a simple coffee into a unique experience that makes you feel like royalty. This place has truly won me over…I will always come back.”

“Excellent coffee. A wonderful array of coffees with wonderful aromas. Something really nice to look forward to, with a lovey croissant or two, or perhaps with a macaron (or several for that matter). “Quality teas that represent SERIOUS value for money compared to other premium retailers. Blue Lady is a joy - exquisite black tea with citus and floral revivers. China Jasmine - a black tea with jasmine is a game changer for me as I'm not so keen on green tea. Then I discover Japanese Cherry thats as juicy as they come without the green tea bitterness. Looking forward to trying Spring Tea and a Darjeeling Tippy that I treated myself too. Put the kettle on, bab!”

“We have been buying coffee and tea from Higgins for some 50 years! First fron theior shop, which as near our office in Duke Street and latterly by post. Firstly the serice is second to none - the arrival of those packs of specially parcelled tea and coffee is always a treat But of course the coffee and tea itself is second to none and I can honestly say that we are addicted to Higgins!”
