“We have traveled all over the UK and Ireland and H.R. Higgins is by far the best roaster we have found. We have ordered multiple times from them and the deliveries have always arrived before the expected date of delivery. The coffee is fantastic. Higgins seems to be the only roaster in the Isles to know how to roast to a dark roast. All the others we tried were either under-roasted or burnt.”

“Great selection of superb teas and coffees including some really unusual ones. I love the “Blue Lady” tea, for example, which I’ve never seen anywhere else. But the classics are all wonderful and their own blends such as Duke Street are great too. Coffees are always superb, if a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of exceptional flavour and I like the fact that you can choose different roasts of the same beans. The provence is always great to know too.”

“I come to London quite often, but I had never noticed or even heard about H. R. Higgins before. My brother, who studied in Cheltenham and has a deep love for the UK, told me it’s a must-visit l…and he was absolutely right. From the moment I tried it, I fell in love. The coffee and tea here are simply the best you can find in London. It’s a family-owned business, and you can feel the care and attention they put into every single cup. Each drink feels crafted with detail and passion, turning a simple coffee into a unique experience that makes you feel like royalty. This place has truly won me over…I will always come back.”
