“The range of beautiful coffees and teas is fantastic. My father in law started to buy H.R. Higgins Coffee ( Santos and Creole mix) as a young man after the 2nd World War. Today his children and grandchildren also have Higgins’ tea and coffee delivered to their homes. Thank you for the amazing service!”

“Amazing coffee BUT outrageously expensive: £50+/kilo now, anyone? So when there is a ‘sale’, before discount, the retail price/kg appears always to have risen YET again beforehand. I will be exploring other individual coffee importers/roasters for better rates given supermarket beans are awful by comparison.”

“It's been 20 years since my first visit to the shop (visiting the UK on holiday), right after I discovered the wonderful world of loose leaf teas — and I still visit to enjoy the cafe and stock up on my favorites every time I'm in London. Nothing beats the peace of that cafe (and the shop) after the bustle of Oxford St. I'd love to see the shop's international delivery rates become reasonable for people in the States again, but in the meantime I carefully manage my horde and plan around trips to see relatives in the UK or their visits to us.”

“Company seems good. Too early to say definitively. I'd have appreciated some literature to explain the different blends; it's nice to have something in your hand while you're making the drink, as opposed to having to look online yourself. But the website and imagery convey an idea of experience and expertise. The initial tastes of the coffees are very positive.”
