“Excellent service, very easy to navigate online order, prompt delivery by a courteous driver and product as described, good communication on updates re the order.”
“Easy and quick on line ordering process. Delivery was arranged quicker than anticipated. Driver was very helpful and managed to delivery over wall to exact place in the garden required. Would definitely use again.”
“Placed order online for a product which it would appear howarth didn't have in stock at the branch near me. It said 3-7 days. When I enquired after 3 days about when I could expect the order, they Couldnt advise of any delivery date - said they wouldn't know until a driver had been to a different depot the following day. Ended up cancelling the order and getting a refund which was duly processed and getting compost from another supplier who delivered the next day.”
“Ordered 20 sleepers. Service was great. Telephone call to let me know when they were coming and arrived first thing in the morning would use again and definitely over the larger companies”
“Ordered on the Tuesday arrived on the Thursday so speedy service. Would be 5 stars but had no idea it was coming on the Thursday as had no communication.”
“From start to finish really good, easy to call in and talk to someone at the branch then reconfirm order by phone! delivery was then prompt well within 3-5 days and was very neat in placing them on the drive!”
“Excellent customer service, prompt delivery, product was fab and courteous delivery driver. Absolutely nothing to moan about. Would definitely recommend.
Thx Howarth”
