“Very easy process with good communication throughout. Rung to arrange a delivery date like I asked, and let me know when it was on the way. The delivery driver was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, explained to him the Gravel I'd ordered was for the front garden so he lifted the bags over the fence and cut them open for me to make it alot easier for me to then spread it out. He was very skilled, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Very happy with my Cotswolds stone and will definitely be ordering again! Thank you!”
“Regrettably, my experience hasn't been good. Having placed an internet order for paving gap filler, a few days afterwards I was contacted by customer services explaining that the material was no longer supplied in 15kg amounts but in smaller 12.5kg amounts. I agreed to the option of the smaller quantity and a credit for any difference. Subsequently, having received no confirmation of this change, a few days later I contacted them to be told the person I spoke to originally was on annual leave, apologised for the lack of contact and said they would deal with the matter. Well, a week later... still no confirmation and no further communication. Hence the low rating... Sorry guys. The money for the original order has been taken though!!”
“The online ordering system was ok , the products i received I was happy with, however the delivery time of the items was slow 8 days from ordering to deliver locally. On the 6th day of waiting had to chase up for information when it would be delivered,as the email was so vague on delivery time . As waiting on delivery held up the job I was doing . I appreciate that I'm a DIY customer not a builder . But considering I also ordered one ton of top soil from another builders yard in Preston to Barnsley on the Monday it arrived Tuesday morning 18 hrs later.so 8 days when I'm 7 miles away was frustrating and disappointing.”
“They were supposed to call before delivering the stone, but instead, they simply dropped it outside and left. Fortunately, I was able to contact customer service and arrange for its return to be placed correctly. The customer service experience was unusual—not rude, but argumentative and prone to talking over people.”
“Arrived 1st thing which was great. Guy delivering hand balled everything right to the top of the drive no issues so again great (don’t worry gave him a hand). Would use again and recommend.”
