Slippers were advertised as wide fitting when in fact they are just normal standard fitting slippers

Slippers received were faulty and it took a while to identify where they should go back to and how as there was no packing note only an address on the label to us to identify where they had come from. Tried to deal with them and after several abortive calls was told I had to deal with HOS. They were equally obstructive and unhelpful but eventually refunded me. All very tiresome and long winded and shall never deal with them again. Took lots of photos but have now deleted these as the refund came eventually. HOS were polite but not exactly helpful or expeditious.

There is usually a packing note with our returns address included with every order, so it is most unusual that you did not receive one. I believe that there was some confusion regarding communication with our dispatch warehouse so I can only apologise for this as well. I was very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a size 5 which normally is fine in a slipper, but these slippers were too small in length and width and not of a good quality. I did not receive any update regarding delivery date and knew nothing about when to expect them. I have had Dunlop slippers in the past which have been of good quality, but not these. I did not pay £1 for return label as I did not expect to receive, and found the instructions and options on returns rather ambiguous. I went on line to print a label, but it was not that simple as just 'printing a label'. It was laborious, complicated and frustrating. Returns service is the worst I have ever come across. Needless to say I shall not be using this website again.

Slippers arrived after a delay but within a few days some stitching came undone. Arranged a return (having purchased a returns label) and replacements arrived , again after a delay. I had to ring up to chase which was irritating. Products is fine now but I am not impressed with the service levels.

Revive was excellent, delivery etc. But I’m sorry to say I have returned and asked for a refund for the very pretty slippers which I had hoped would fit me. But they did not.

Third time buying slippers from House of Slippers. Unfortunately they haven't arrived so won't be available for the Birthday Lady on the day. Shame

Hi Christine, I'm sorry to hear about this. According to your item's tracking code, DPD have attempted delivery twice and have left a card on each occasion. They had kept your item on hold for about a week after the second delivery attempt, but your parcel is now being returned to sender. We'll certainly look to refund or re-dispatch once we receive the item back. Best regards, James.

Hi never used house of slippers before needed some support slippers fir my father however to bought some which where a bad fit expensive for what they where and quality again was not ideal. I ended up emailing to get refund and no return slip or details of how to return which when purchasing online is not ideal.

I ordered three pairs of slippers as I am 7.5 size. I liked the slippers but the 7's were too small and the 8's too big. I walked in the 8's but found the sole was not supportive enough for me. I will not be placing another order.

Sadly had to return the slippers inner sole too small for the slipper, have sent 2 e-mails but no-one has gotten back to me

The Suzy mule leopard slippers look reasonable quality in the photos but found the "real" thing cheap and nasty, within hours they were smelling, no not of my feet but of a rubbery PVC. Very disappointed in My purchase. They are going in the bin.

Right slipper is defective. Foam in inner sole was fused together creating a large wrinkle and therefore sole would not reach the toe area. Could not wear slipper with a large lump under footbed. Trying to straighten it out then need to go and find some glue to hold it back down. Also slippers arrived with a terrible chemical smell. Hope that dissipates after a few days of airing out.

The size 6 were far too small. I take a size5 1/2 but usually take a 6 in slippers. I phoned and was told I could return them and if a fault was found my postage would be repaid. Advised to reorder size 6 and 7 as sizes cold all vary! I decided to pass them on to friend with smaller feet phoned again spoke to a different person Jaimie? Explained again and was told he would phone back after going to warehouse to check what slippers were an accurate size 6.!Have not heard back. Have passed slippers on to friend with smaller feet, have not heard from her as to her thoughts on slippers. Will not be buying from House of Slippers again No way am I going to buy various sizes hoping one might be standard size

The pictures of the slippers showed a very pretty rose pink. However, the slippers that arrived are brown. They are comfortable, just not what I was expecting.

I brought these slippers, they didn’t suit so I returned then a week ago and I still haven’t got my money back for returning them as I ticked off that I wanted a refund and nothing has happened. Which I think is very poor

I’m disappointed, although they appear stylish, they have stretched and are now too big. The inside finish is also very poor at the ‘toe’ end.

I was sent the wrong colour of slippers. I ordered the dove grey but received the charcoal instead. I sent an email to inform you but it wasn't responded to.
