Leather string broke a day after they arrived and they lost their shape within a week. Disappointed 😞

The quality is fine, but the sizes are way off. My wife has size 5, so I ordered size 5. It was terribly small, so I ordered size 6, and it was way too small as well.

I think it's too late to return them, but I wish I had done so when I first tried them on. I think I have two left foot slippers as the right foot slipper still feels like it is on the wrong foot. No, I am not happy with them but I thought that it would be unfair to send them back just because they FELT like two lefts. But now I regret it. I can return them if it would be ok. I am not happy with them, but I think I'd want replacement ones with an external sole if I did. I hadn't realised that these didn't have a sole. Sorry to be so negative, but I have to be truthful

Ordered 2 pair which said width EE both pair had to be sent back found the fitting very narrow slippers tho did look very comfy

To date I still do not have the slippers which I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. There was a fault with the leather so I returned them and they were received back to you on 27th November but as of 13 November the replacements have still not arrived

For £18 would have expected some thing warmer, could have bought 6 pairs in Primark and be a lot happier. Would never purchase again.

I ordered a pair of full wide slippers. Unfortunately, I have had to return them for a refund as they were in fact quite narrow and not wide at all. I am still waiting for my refund.

Initially, I was delighted with my slippers, they were what I wanted regards looks and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, after a fortnight of normal use in a fully carpeted house, the lefthand one started to split at the toe and the righthand one developed signs of doing likewise. I have returned them for a refund.

Product return took a long time and only after numerous emails were sent. Despite paying the £1 returns label fee at the time of purchase they still claimed they had not received the slipper. I sent confirmation from the post office and finally, they said they would deal as soon as they could. Still took over w week for the refund to be issued. Will not use it again.

Product splendid. All good except that the slippers were the wrong size. Although labelled ‘9’ they are in fact 8. Unusable sadly.

Advertised as 'wide'. Did not seem any wider than 'standard'. Little toe room. Sole made for outdoor wear. Too hard to be comfortable.

I did not receive a card through the door when you attempted to deliver my replacement slippers. I had no idea you were coming ! My replacement order is ready to deliver - no complaints of your service but I cant get throughh to the Post Office number ! PLease help by letting me know when to expect delivery !!!

Overall very disappointing. The 2 pairs of slippers we ordered arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the mens Hush Puppies slippers were very poor quality, did not fit at all well and both laces broke when I tried to tighten them to help make them fit more snugly. I returned them for a refund and they arrived back the next working day. But it then took 2 full weeks before anyone even acknowledged that they had been received and nearly 2 more weeks to get a refund. I was repeatedly told they were snowed under with returns, which either means they have a high proportion of poor products or they do not treat returns with any urgency, given the ability to deliver new orders in a couple of days. This would definitely affect my willingness to use this company again. The constant chasing for the refund was just too much hassle.

Sorry to say these faux fur slippers were very disappointing, the lining of the slippers gave no warmth at all so I've reverted back to my old slippers which is really not acceptable. I've been a total fan of Skechers products in the past so let's hope the disappointment doesn't happen again.

Lovely slippers, but ridiculously small ! Supposed a large and fits a size 7, but more like a 5, didn't fit ! Very disappointed! Gave them to my niece, she is a child!

I wasn’t able to put a different address on the order, it used the address I gave with my debit card and didn’t give me the option to deliver to another address. I wanted to send it as a present but I wasn’t given that option.
