“Delivery was on time, and the slippers were lovely and looked very comfortable. Unfortunately although I'd ordered a size 7, which is usually slightly big for me, they were way too small - I couldn't even get them on. They've been returned.”

“Slippers were nice looking. But far to big, I didnt feel they were true to size. Also not as soft , purchased as suffer from heel pain, but were not soft enough under foot. Have returned and waiting for refund to be processed”

“Bought to replace some very comfy slippers. These were a narrower fitting. The sole was 1/2 inch narrower. We rang customer services to see if wider ones were stocked, but no luck. Not comfy so returned. Now just waiting for the refund to arrive. The slippers were posted back a week ago”

“The elasticated slippers I bought for myself did not fit my shape of foot - I have a high instep and the elastic just 'pinged' the slippers off my feet. I have returned them and am hoping for a refund. Moccasins were great.”

“Slippers are good BUT, sowing the label right under the heel is a very bad idea. It irritates my foot after a short while. I have tried to remove the label but it doesn’t want to come off the heal. I wouldn’t buy another pair with a stitched label on the heal. Very uncomfortable for me.”
