“I already contacted the store re this. There is on the roof of the shoe is a label that is uncomfortable to wear. I contact HOS and customer service was FANASTIC they went to thenwarehouse checked and all in stock had that label. I told the lady my problem and she recommended a different pair, which arrived today and is first class . WISH ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AS GOOD AS HOUSE OF SLIPPERS”

“The slippers were too small so I sent an email asking for a refund or a large size and also how to return the slippers. No reply at all after 2 weeks.”

“The slippers arrived in good time and are great quality and a good price, However they are the wrong size so I have to return them, but am finding it impossible to find the correct address to get permission to return them. There are dire warnings about returning them without getting authorisation first, but each email I have written has elicited nothing, no reply and no failure to send notice. So House of Slippers, if you're listening Please get in touch ref order #496520”

“Nice slippers but very heavy in weight. Ferling very uncomfortable carrying that much weight around walking in house. Being an old aged pensioner wasted money. Feeling very sad.”

“Unfortunately, these slippers were a non-starter for me as they were too narrow for my feet. I could not get the first pair beyond my toes so I did not even unpack the second pair and so have had to send them back for a refund at my own expense. The "Free delivery, free returns" claim is deceptive since the free returns only applies if returning them to exchange for a different size but not for a refund. Very disappointed.”

“The Totes Isotoner slippers I ordered were delivered promptly & were nice quality, so I was disappointed to find they were too tight so had to be returned. Your website doesn't mark the sizes clearly so I guessed that "L" would be correct for my size 7 feet. I assumed XL would be 8-9. When they arrived the slippers themselves were marked size 5-6, so no wonder they were too tight. Unfortunately, although all the Totes Isotoner slippers were described as "new" (i.e. newly in stock) you were out of stock of all your XL (& most other sizes too) so I couldn't ask for an exchange but a refund instead. Please make your sizing clear (the size comparison chart is no help in this case) & stock more of them - especially XL! Thank you.”
