“The watering can is well made and attractive. A. bit smaller than I had anticipated (measure what .7L means before ordering). There is a design fault: nothing to stop the water spilling from the front when you tip the full can forward.”

“After some research, I ordered these pots for temporary homes for some new plants, till its cool enough to put them in the flowerbed. These are nice, strong, great value pots, and most importantly, they were well packaged, so arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely use this company again. As someone who spends silly money on their garden, I like good value.”

“I ordered my plant pot twice, and both times it was not delivered. I had to follow up repeatedly for this to be rectified and eventually it was sent by another courier, which in total was 6 weeks from ordering.”

Hello, Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. We're so sorry that your pot didn't arrive as expected and for any frustration this caused. Your order was placed on 14th June and dispatched on 17th June using a next day delivery service. Unfortunately, the courier was unable to deliver to the selected pick-up location and the parcel could not subsequently be located. As soon as we became aware of this, we contacted the courier to investigate and, in the meantime, arranged a replacement for you. Unfortunately, the replacement also could not be delivered to the pick-up location and was therefore returned to us. Once it was back with us, we arranged for your order to be re-sent via a different courier directly to your address on a day that suited you, to help ensure it reached you as quickly as possible. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, and we're very sorry for the delay. “I have been using Hortology for a couple of years now, mainly for pots. But I get on very well with there house plant potting compost. My flat is full of around 50 plants all looking very nice and really I have only brought pots compost and sundries from hortology and have always found them friendly to deal with.”
