“Lovely plants arrived in excellent condition. The pots were beautiful too. Delivery took a week but good things are worth waiting for. I was somewhat disappointed that one plant, which I had been waiting on notification for because it was out of stock, went out of stock again in less than 24 hours because staff were slow to reply to my email requesting it be added to my order. If not for this, I would have given 5 stars.”

“A healthy and good looking plant, together with the Hydroculture kit, which is essential for this system. The plant, water level meter and ceramic pebbles seemed reasonable value, but the flimsy polythene plant liner was poor and the formulex plant food was very expensive compared to Amazon.”

“The plants came in excellent condition. The plant pot is gorgeous and looks great with the fern in it in my sitting room. A problem with the mister was quickly resolved. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the mister is not great quality but other than that 5 stars”

“The plants arrived well packaged, they're all very healthy and look great in their new pots! The aloe vera had a broken/snapped leaf and another leaf was bent over .. presumably during the packaging process. Its still a lovely plant but thats why I gave 4 stars not 5. The pots and liners are exactly as expected. Overall my rating is nearer 4.8 stars but I didnt have that option!”

“I recently ordered and received two Stian pots with liners to repot two plants in my kitchen from Hortology. This is my second purchase from Hortology. The pots are lovely, well made and compliment my decor however, I made the error of ordering one of the pots in a size larger than I needed. I reached out to Hortology regarding how I would go about exchanging one of the pots for the smaller size. I received a response promptly however I was disappointed to learn that the customer has to pay for returns. I am happy to pay for delivery but I feel that returns should be complimentary as is the case with most online stores I have shipped with. For this reason, I have awarded 4 instead of 5 stars. My order arrived well packaged by DPD.”

“It is a very beautiful pot, however i think the sizing is a bit off. I measured the nursery pot of my plant before ordering, and it was around 18cm, with the pot having an opening of 20cm. However the pot actually has an opening of 18cm, and so my pot doesn't fit well. The green is also A LOT darker than shown in the photo. It's a bit misleading.”

The opening diameter for each pot can be viewed by hovering over the size options, and it also appears just below the selected size. “Our plant was really well-packaged and arrived promptly; it looks great. The hydrocare kit looks excellent, but the pot liner supplied was not sufficiently large for the plant pot, which was disappointing, as it was the recommended one and I'm now having to pay for return postage.”
