“Love the pot! The plant arrived mostly well, some leaves were a bit damaged though, and the delivery was delayed.”

“Extremely well packed and fast delivery. Nice pot - good value for money. Only for stars because the glass on the pot wasn't as interesting as the photos. Didn't expect a replica as I realise these are hand done and each will be individual, but the one received has none of the interesting drips and contrasts I anticipated based on the photos. Over still pleased with it though and would order from Hortology again as good quality!”

“The company and the product were exceptional. Sadly, their chosen delivery service was not as good. But I would order from them again as they communicated well and the plant was finally delivered in good condition.”

“Received an evoucher for my birthday and chose Aloe Vera Cosmo, pot and liner. Received well wrapped though plant was out of the pot but thankfully undamaged. Put that down to the courier. However knocked off a star because of it. Really pleased with quality and size.”

“Excellent, website, packaging, on time delivery, as described, and beautiful plants and planter. The reason for a 4 star, as I ordered 2 ponytail plants and were going either side to an entrance to a conservatory it was important to have the look of the plants pretty similar, but unfortunately not, who ever chose them for packaging, did not consider that the ordering of two may have been for a mirroring affect. Hey Ho. But will definitely be ordering from you again, very helpful sizing info on choosing a planter to accommodate the plant you are purchasing. Thank You”

“Mentioned by the FT’s gardening correspondent of some 50 years, Robin Lane Fox, I found the Hortology website had a professional air about it, comprehensive but clear. Plant price and postage appeared to be reasonable, and the plant arrived in good shape. A query about treatment of the braided stems as the plant grows was quickly answered to my satisfaction. For some reason, I now have difficulty keeping my eyes off the plant.”

“The plants arrived very well packaged and looked fresh and healthy. The white plant pots I ordered look nice in situ but on closer inspection they are not of very high quality, showing uneven bumps on the surface. However, overall it was a good shopping experience and I will certainly buy more plants from this site in the future.”

“Great website, reasonably priced too. Speedy delivery. Very pleased with the pots I bought. However, the plant ordered was a bit worse for wear due to being over packaged without actually being supported. Would definitely order from Hortology again.”

“The plants were lovely, a great size and they seemed very healthy. They were wrapped really well. The only downside was that delivery took a little while longer than I had hoped. I would definitely buy again”
