“I've never bought a plant pot before but from the pictures the the pots looked amazing, so I had to try and it turned out exactly like the picture! Plus the packaging was really good and very secure. Arrived earlier than expected which was great as it was a present.”

“I ordered three plants, two dracaenas and a fern. They came in three days, we’ll packaged and fast. There was only minor damages to some leaves on the fern and one of the dracaenas but nothing too noticeable. I’m new to plant buying and have found that flower markets sell large plants for cheaper but I am happy with the convenience of ordering from hortology too since I don’t drive and my favourite flower market is so far from me. I also bought a 21cm plastic pot with drainage holes which is what I came to the site to buy in the first place haha, I’m happy I added to my cart before checkout to make the delivery fee worth it 😁”

“I’m a very happy customer. It’s surprisingly difficult to find nice large indoor pots, Hortology was the only company that offered what I was specifically looking for. Great product with minimal packaging and delivery was on time.”

“Very good customer service and overall experience. The spath and boston fern I've ordered are amazing ans thriving but the philodendron had cuts in few leaves. Nevertheless, the plants arrived packed very well. I will order again from them.”

“I am impressed with Hortology customer service. I originally ordered the biggest plant of the selection and within 24 hrs they contacted me to say that wasn’t available. I decided to get the middle size pot, and increasingly, don’t just the refund for the difference was in my account next day, but the delivery too. The plant looks healthy and was amazingly packed. Will not hesitate to buy from them again.”
