“I have now placed two orders with Hortology and been delighted with both. The plants are so very healthy and have settled well and the pots are just brilliant too. The plants and pots are really well packed and arrived safe and sound. Would not go anywhere else now that I found them! Many thanks.”

“The plant does not look like the picture. I am not entirely satisfied with it. It came with one burned leaf. My Aglaonema Stripes has only few leaves! One stem has 4, the other has 3. Looks quite poor. But new leaves are coming so I hope it will look better in the future.”

“The pleasure starts with your website - inviting and informative! Prices are more than reasonable....I had problems restricting myself to buying only one plant...but as my house do-up gets finished, I'll be buying more. my plant arrived on time and absolutely brilliantly packed so that it was safe and undamaged. I'm now using the cardboard in my hot-composter!”

“Order arrived on time, but wasn’t suitable & one plant pot in poor condition. No free returns, so returned by courier & arrived damaged despite using original packaging. For a £35, ended up £15 out of pocket, so disappointed.”

Hi Darryl We are sorry you are disappointed. However this is true, we do not offer a free returns service as it can be difficult successfully sending fragile ceramic items through the courier network. As advised before you made the return, returns are therefore at your risk as we cannot control the way in which they are packaged or protected for transit. Sadly one of the items arrived back broken and was unfit for resale and we were unable to offer a refund in full for this item. We have made a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. The other item arrived back in good condition and has been refunded in full along with your original shipping charges. Kind regards Your Hortology Team
