“I ordered a plant as a housewarming present for my son. The plant was fine I have no issues about that the rating is for the delivery. We were told that the delivery would be over night - it wasn't. I had no information from the delivery company and nothing on their tracker I had to phone them up to see when the delivery would be. Several days after the original promise for delivery the plant was delivered my son had to wait in several days in case the delivery was made. Sadly this has put me off ordering from this company again.”

“Our plant was really well-packaged and arrived promptly; it looks great. The hydrocare kit looks excellent, but the pot liner supplied was not sufficiently large for the plant pot, which was disappointing, as it was the recommended one and I'm now having to pay for return postage.”
