“There was a delay with our delivery due to one item being damaged but when the pots arrived we were delighted. Good looking and great quality. Hortology offers a wide range of products and I know where I will shop for my next pot now. Thank you.”

“I've ordered from Hortology several times before and I go back because: a) their plants are always as described and in top condition and have continued to grow well, b) they have an amazing range of pots, all well described, and so I feel I'm confident about what I'm getting. This time was no different - I'm really happy with my new pots.”

“I love Hortology- the plants are always in excellent condition when they arrive and are very well packaged- the pots are beautiful too and I have always been able to find the plants I want. With my last order, someone contacted me to check i had ordered the right sized pots as they were too small for the plants I'd bought. The pots were for plants I already own but I really appreciated that Hortology took the time to contact me and check before they sent out my order. The Pick & Mix promotion was great value too- I am a very satisifed customer!”

“I received my plant in poor condition reported it straight away was told if I had read the conditions it says it can be nearly dead when you receive it . After trying to revive it what leafs are left have gone all brown! If this is posting plants go to your local garden centre and bring it home yourself. Unhappy customer Robert”

Hi Robert, Thank you for your order and review. We are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the Pachira that you have received. We truly regret any misunderstanding that occurred when you reached out to us concerning the state of your plant upon arrival. As your initial contact with us was in regards to leave loss and one leaf being damaged we did advise that unfortunately due to the fragile nature of the stems and leaves of the Pachira, some leaf/stem loss/damage may occur despite our best efforts to avoid this. Please rest assured that we thoroughly inspect the health of all our plants before they are sent out, as we aim to deliver them in the best possible condition.
