“The customer service at Hortology was amazing. They listened and had an absolute super understanding of what my needs were once I discussed them. They have a sound historical knowledge of all kinds of plants Which made it so much easier for me to select the right plants for my environment. The packaging was great. My plants arrived in a well aired plant box. On arrival, my plants were in excellent condition. Hortology kept me well informed at the different stages until my plants were safely in my home. Thank you Hortology for advising and guiding me every step of the way.”

“We love the color of the pot which blends well with the decor. We have to repot the Yucca plant from the existing pot as the base diameter of the new pot is too small (we have to drill holes at the bottom).”

“I ordered 2 palm indoor plants. Good delivery dispatch and kept informed through courier texts. The plants arrived safely and were well packaged to ensure least damage in transit. The plants were healthy and height that was paid for. They have settled in their new home and thriving. I was very dubious of ordering online but would definitely recommend company and the care they take to ensure plants survive the transit. Would definitely buy from them in the future.”

“We were so looking forward to our Hortology pots arriving and when they did we were delighted with them. We chose three different styles and each pot is beautiful and makes a lovely addition to our home. It was great to have such a choice of sizes and styles too so was able to pick the perfect pot to complement our plants They arrived swiftly and were very well packaged. Well Done Hortology,”
