“The plants arrived in excellent condition and were packed very well. I didn’t receive any email updates about my order including and despatch and tracking info, so it was only when I contacted Hortology that I knew what day the delivery was arriving. But when I did speak to them they were very helpful. All in all a very good experience and Much better than other online plant and gardening stores. Thanks!”

“The plants are great, arrived safely in a cardboard box and in a healthy condition. The pots I ordered are also beautiful, however they are larger than expected.”

“Lovely plants. Slight hiccup with the courier.. They emailed to say they had delivered, they hadn't, and then turned up 3 days later with no warning or explanation. Luckily the plants were OK but definitely looked like they'd been in a dark box slightly too long. Overall I was happy though! Got there in the end!”

“Very healthy plants packaged securely and reached me in very good condition On the downside I feel the delivery time is too long from the time one orders and secondly would be great to have some care instructions with each plant But because of the quality of plants will definitely be ordering again”

“Plant and pots arrived quickly and very well packaged. Selection of pots and plants are unique. The support and guidance for returning pots was good and quick. Would recommend Hortology adopt the same approach to information on the dimensions of pots as Ikea. Ikea give measurements for the height, diameter at the base, diameter at the rim, as well as the maximum plant pot size (as in the plastic container the plants come with) that can fit in to the pot.”

“I bought a large plant pot, when it arrived I discovered it was too large. My fault for not measuring correctly. It is heavy so I have ended up keeping it as the cost to return it was too expensive. Make sure you don’t make my mistake, as you will have to pay for your returns.”

“Excellent service, the plants came through healthy and as expected - they are doing well two weeks later. We ordered an atomiser which wasn’t up to standard, they sent a replacement which demonstrated the quality wasn’t right and they issued a refund. Polite throughout. Looking forward to getting more plants from here.”
