“I had a great experience with Hortology, the website was great and the plants were in good condition when they arrived. The only problem was that they were stuck in dark boxes in a warehouse over the weekend, but it didn't seem they suffered very much when they arrived.”

“I found the plant I wanted with ease. Shipping and delivery were quick and efficient. Unfortunately, several of the leaves came off when I was untangling the plant. However, it looks healthy and I hope it will recover.”

“Excellent packaging (great for keeping and reusing if you care about sustainability). Product was good quality and as advertised. Ordered at 9pm on a Friday, shipped at 10:40am on a Tuesday and delivered on the Wednesday via APC. I'd give 5 stars if they used a courier where you could either specify the delivery day at checkout or rearrange before any delivery attempt is made (like DPD and a few other courier firms).”

“Received a lovely planter from HORTOLOGY only for there to be a problem. Emailed on the Sunday and received an email on the Monday to say a replacement would be sent overnight. Sure enough early Tuesday morning it was delivered to my door. I would definitely recommend this company from the service I received. Thankyou.”
