“Had a good experience using Hotology’s website to buy our pots etc. Thought the range to choose from was excellent and having taken delivery of our items, thought the quality was very good.”

“Very happy with the plant. Seemed healthy and perfect for the pot we’d bought. Love the leaves. Delivery was in a good timescale, not quick, but as expected.”

“My plant and pot came in good time and in one piece. They were reasonably priced and the plant looks in good condition. It would have been nice you have had a leaflet in the box to explain how to best care for the plant immediately after transit and into the future.”

Hi Alastair Thank you for your feedback. Our care instructions for each plant are available on our website. We prefer not to include lots of necessary paper in with our parcels in order to reduce our impact on the environment. Kind regards Hortology

Due to the current pandemic, we had notices at the time on our delivery and checkout pages asking customers to allow 5 working days for the order to be dispatched. “Excellent range and quality of plants. The care guides about the plants are very useful and sizing instructions for choosing a pot size helped us avoid a gew mistakes. Good range of pots in different colours, textures and shapes and at different price points. Excellent and careful delivery.”

“Love my plants and they arrived safely in excellent condition. But the packaging was a bit fiddly: the tall plant was places on top of the smaller ones in a tall narrow box, so getting to the little ones at the bottom without damaging them was an adventure.”
