“I am loving my new fiddle leaf fig plant. The pot I chose is great and fits perfectly thanks to their instructions. It did have a large rip in one of the leaves but I guess there can always be the possibility of damage in transportation. Overall the service was great and I’d recommend hortology I will definitely use them again.”

“Lovely pot for very reasonable price; the plant pot looks very classy and is exactly what a wanted. It seems a little on the large side but that may just be my dodgy measuring! My only complaint is that it came in an unnecessary amount of packaging.”

“I have tried multiple online house plant services and Hortology is my favorite. The plants arrived in a very healthy condition. I ordered a number of plants and pots and they were all packaged extremely well. No plants were damaged on arrival. The plants all were active and growing, the soild was suitable for each species. Extremely professional service. Will buy again.”

“Plant was very healthy and well packaged for delivery. A rope basket was also ordered. The basket was however already in place around the pot and covered in paper. So unfortunately the recipient put it by error in the bin as she did not see it. So make sure that everything is visible when you give it away to someone who does not know what to expect. Otherwise excellent response when in touch with the company.”
