“Lovely selection of plants and pots . I had a plant and pot bought as a present and bought just a pot as a present for my mum. Very pleased with both!”

“I love the shop. I love the product. I have bought a lot of plants with Hortology. However, i think recently there was a change to a delivery company and it became inconvenient as the courier would not leave the parcel in a safe place. I work from Monday to Friday and busy on weekends so it became inconvenient to order from Hortology.”

Hi Sasha Thank you for leaving a review. I am sorry to hear you had a problem receiving your last order. Please be assured, we have not changed delivery company and you are still able to request that your parcel is left in a safe place. There is the option to arrange this during checkout. I have checked back on your earlier orders and you had added this instruction, however, you did not request this on your last order, which is why they would have asked for a signature. We would still have been able to authorise this retrospectively with the courier if you had let us know you were having difficulty arranging your delivery. “The order process was very easy, all the plants offered are separated into categories which makes it really simple and fun to find what you are looking for. Only negative comment I have, you cannot choose a delivery date or time slot. If my neighbors hadn’t been home to take in the delivery I am not sure how I would’ve got my plants.”

Hi Sophie Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. If you need us to ship on a particular day, you can always drop us a note and we will do our best to ensure this happens. Although not possible to select a time slot for delivery, you can get an ETA and follow the progress of the driver using the tracking link provided on your shipping confirmation email. It is also possible to nominate a safe place during checkout or to request a Saturday delivery if that is easier. KInd regards, Hortology

“Really impressed with my zebrina plant! Very carefully boxed and healthy looking except a couple of small wilted/wet marks on 2 of the leaves however I think that was due to the delivery being delayed by a few days. Seems to be a Royal Mail issue rather than hortology. Would buy from this company again 😊”

“I’m new to Hortology and only stumbled across it when searching for an interesting plant pot. I not only found the plant pot (a super stylish concrete bowl for my devils ivy) but the full scope of what Hortology can offer; plants for specific places, advice on care and a glut of really nice pots. My next purchase will be the big palm. Thanks Hortology”

“The product is very nice, it arrived well packed and the prices feel reasonable. The courier they use is a bit old fashioned. They are helpful on the phone and will redeliver if you are not at home, but demand a 10-4pm window to make deliveries. Not ideal if you are working. They do not offer internet-based dynamic delivery information with a re-deliver option which most modern couriers now do.”
