“I received a very healthy and good looking plant, plus the pot I had ordered, on time and in brilliant packaging that ensured there was absolutely no risk of damage in transit. Not cheap, but not overpriced; you get what you pay for and this was money very well spent. Well done, Hortology. I shall look forward to using you again.”

“I was unhappy with my order as I felt the pictures were a poor reflection of the surface quality of the pot I ordered. The packaging was also 3x the size of the order and the plastic pot inserts I ordered were cracked. However, I received a full refund immediately.”

“This was my 3rd order from Hortology and again, I was very happy with the quality of the 2 plants that I ordered and the pot. Order arrived within a week, was well packaged and all items intact, no damage to plants nor pots. I'm impressed with the plant quality, they were robust, healthy and thriving. Very happy with Hortology and excellent choice of both plants and pots.”

“So pleased with the various plants and pots. Placed multiple orders over the last 5 weeks. There was one issue and it was sorted. Customer service were polite and very efficient. Next day delivery is brilliant. Hortology clearly hold some stock to achieve this thus meeting their customers expectations. To place an order in the morning and receive a dispatch notice in the afternoon one couldn’t ask for a better service. Would not hesitate to place further orders. The quality of the plants received cannot be faulted and we’re well packed. The choice of pots is superb and they look stunning. Overall I am pleased. I have no hesitation in recommending Hortology.”

“Fantastic service. Order a small plant for a new flat and it came really quickly with clear delivery instructions. The packaging was brilliant and ensured the plant was not damaged on route. It was in excellent physical condition when it arrived and instructions for care on the website have been greatly appreciated.”
