One star deducted because so much plastic involved in securing plants inside cardboard container - needs a plastic-free alternative. And one stem of Jade plant simply fell off two days after arrival. Hi Elizabeth Thank you for this feedback. Our plants sizes are based on pot diameter and an estimate of height, however this is only an indication as they do vary throughout the year and by batch. However we would expect the height to be accurate within a reasonable degree of tolerance. Having checked on your order the plant should have been around 20cm in height (including the grow pot). We would be more than happy to look into this further for you if you would drop our customer services team a note and send a photos of the plant received.
