“Second order from Hortology and as before the item is great and looks fantastic. Item was well packaged and dispatched swiftly - unfortunately the courier service (APC) used were problematic compared to competitors! While they confirmed the date of delivery the day before there was no indication of time, they will not leave item with Neighbour or in safe place so waited in all day and still missed them!!!!???? Ended up driving (1 hour round trip) to pick item up from depot as they were unable to confirm delivery time (even AM or PM) on any given day! Suggest Hortology look at more client focussed delivery companies!”

Hello John, Thank you for your order and review, we have reported this issue to APC as you should have received a two hour delivery window on the day of delivery. We can only apologise you didn't receive this email. As for leaving things safely/ with neighbours, our couriers will only do so if the instruction has been added when placing your order. This removes the option for drivers to leave things, especially plants in cooler conditions etc. We shall reach out directly to resolve this for you. Your Hortology Team

“Delivery company posted my parcel to the wrong address, contacted hortology on Friday afternoon and they had a replacement at my door on Tuesday morning. Happy with the fast customer service! And my products.”

“Found them on a Google search and they had such a wide range of really nice quality indoor pots. It's so difficult to find nice ones these days and usually they are tiny and plain but these pots are a real mixture of stunning with loads of different sizes too complement all my house plants. Communication from them was second to none and all pots arrived safely and well packaged. I can see me buying a lot more from here xx”

“I ordered a dozen of plants of all shapes and sizes for our office. I couldn’t be more pleased. The delivery was timely, the plants were well protected and they look superb ! I also praise the staff who got in touch with me when I placed my order to let me know that one if the plant looked a bit tired and they sent me photos of a great alternative. This is now my go to plant supplier !”

“I was looking for a large plant pot and couldn’t believe I found the exact match to some tea light holders I have from years ago. Placed the order and was kept up to date throughout. The pot arrived a few days later well packaged and look great. Will definitely use this company again…brilliant”
