“My daughter bought me a beautiful necklace from Honey Willow for my 70th birthday in June this year. When I was thinking what to get my daughter for Christmas I decided to look on the Honey Willow website and found some lovely earrings which I ordered. Very easy to order, kept informed of delivery and very happy indeed with my purchae.”

“The gift pleasantly came quicker than quoted time. However I expressly requested No email communication and to text me. This sadly went on deaf ears and spilt the surprise.”

We have an automated system, so as soon as you place an order you will receive an email to confirm the details of your order which we can't override. “Sorry, definitely not what was expected. Small, flimsy, just - product doesn't "Wow!" As expected. Lost $$$$ - so I'll have to scramble to get my wife something else which is meaningful for this occasion. Update: Honey Willow graciously accepted the jewelry piece in return and promised to refund the entire cost plus return shipping. Fantastic customer service and I'm sure this particular piece will be enjoyed by another. Thanks HW,”

“Hi, I puchased the 5 circle necklace for our 50th anniversary. We both love it. The only complaint is that the chain was a bit short. Perhaps add differing lengths of chain to enhance your product.”

“It was difficult to fill out the order form re requesting the wording to be inscribed on the bracelet, and I had to make several phone calls to ensure it would be done the way I wanted. The people I spoke with on the phone were very helpful and recognised that indeed it was not ideal. The bracelet is beautiful and I'm very happy with it.”

“Necklace ordered and arrived in a reasonable time. When opened they had placed the wrong birth stone in the jewelry. They quickly did a replacement order and when that arrived it was with correct birth stone. Team were amazing in organizing the replacement. 🧡 Thankyou”
