“Recently ordered a coral necklace for my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary. It was beautifully wrapped and my wife was extremely pleased her gift. Would definitely look to purchase something else in the future.”

“The pendant is lovely and delicate. I do wish the clasp were of better quality, as it's quite thin. I'd appreciate an option to choose a different clasp, perhaps a lobster clasp, as I prefer those and would like to be able to swap the pendant onto other chains. The same applies to the bracelet; its clasp also needs to be changed, and an option to choose the clasp.”

“The anniversary gift that I ordered arrived beautifully wrapped and the gift itself was crafted fantastically. The only negative comment that I have, is that it will take some time beyond what was initially posted for your order to arrive. So, give yourself extra time.”

We were notified recently that US Customs had increased their security checks and some of our parcels were being held longer than normal. “together with my friends w bought a necklace for a friends 80th birthday and Marie loves it. Howeer the magnetic clasp caught in her scarf and the necklace fell off. I have told Marie to come to your shop because she is very near in Saltford. I suggested to her that you woud be very happy to change the clasp free of charge. Jane Jane Burdon”

“My daughter bought me a beautiful necklace from Honey Willow for my 70th birthday in June this year. When I was thinking what to get my daughter for Christmas I decided to look on the Honey Willow website and found some lovely earrings which I ordered. “Sorry, definitely not what was expected. Small, flimsy, just - product doesn't "Wow!" As expected. Lost $$$$ - so I'll have to scramble to get my wife something else which is meaningful for this occasion. Update: Honey Willow graciously accepted the jewelry piece in return and promised to refund the entire cost plus return shipping. Fantastic customer service and I'm sure this particular piece will be enjoyed by another. Thanks HW,”
