“Beautiful piece of jewelry. My Wife loves it. But, the chain was quite tangled when it was opened. Required a jeweler untangle it.”

“You folks did your job getting the necklace I ordered, out in a timely fashion. Unfortunately fedex sent it halfway across the country and back so it was several days late getting to me for my wife’s birthday . My wife is not impressed by the necklace but I think it is unique.”

“The necklace is beautiful and had no issues. However, paid extra for the gift wrap and it was just a bow that was put on very poorly. It was so loose it fell off anyway and clearly didn't know how to tie it properly.”

We're so glad you like your jewellery. According to UK regulations, only silver jewellery over 7.78g is required to be hallmarked and your silver earrings are below that weight.

“Really lovely necklace for 50th birthday. Our friend loved it. It was lovely to be able to get personalised engraving but was not as clear as shown on website hence 4* Loved that it had the extended chain to suit different necklines/outfits. A beautiful necklace for a special present and would definitely buy from Honey Willow again”

“I ordered a 3 birthstone men’s ring for my dad for his birthday and I received it in plenty of time and the product is very well made. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because the finish on the website image was more of a brushed silver versus what we received was definitely very shiny. Also, I had written with a request to have an engraving done on the inside, and possibly replacing the October stone, which was a pink stone, with opal, which is the preferred stone for October. No response was given as to whether they could do any of these requests, and it was just created and shipped to me. Again, the ring is beautiful, and my father was extremely happy with it, but stronger communication about special requests would be greatly appreciated.”

We responded to your initial enquiry on January 18th stating that unfortunately we didn't have an opal stone in that format, only the birthstones available listed in the drop down menu. We said we could engrave for you and quoted a price for this.
