“The necklace that I gave my wife was very nice. I would rate that a 5. Shipping on the other hand took longer than advertised.”

“The necklace is beautiful and had no issues. However, paid extra for the gift wrap and it was just a bow that was put on very poorly. It was so loose it fell off anyway and clearly didn't know how to tie it properly.”

We're so glad you like your jewellery. According to UK regulations, only silver jewellery over 7.78g is required to be hallmarked and your silver earrings are below that weight.

“Really lovely necklace for 50th birthday. Our friend loved it. It was lovely to be able to get personalised engraving but was not as clear as shown on website hence 4* Loved that it had the extended chain to suit different necklines/outfits. A beautiful necklace for a special present and would definitely buy from Honey Willow again”

“I ordered a 3 birthstone men’s ring for my dad for his birthday and I received it in plenty of time and the product is very well made. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because the finish on the website image was more of a brushed silver versus what we received was definitely very shiny. Also, I had written with a request to have an engraving done on the inside, and possibly replacing the October stone, which was a pink stone, with opal, which is the preferred stone for October. No response was given as to whether they could do any of these requests, and it was just created and shipped to me. Again, the ring is beautiful, and my father was extremely happy with it, but stronger communication about special requests would be greatly appreciated.”

We responded to your initial enquiry on January 18th stating that unfortunately we didn't have an opal stone in that format, only the birthstones available listed in the drop down menu. We said we could engrave for you and quoted a price for this. We also sent you an email a week ago following up on this review but received no response to either of our emails so it looks like they are not coming through. Please can you check your spam filter. “The ring with the 6 diamonds lies behind the other rings so is mostly hidden. That’s a disappointment. Overall, it looks nice. I’m using another chain because the one provided is very thin.”

Hi Wanda, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the chain. It is true that it is fine, but it has been strength-tested for the pendant. We do have thicker, rolo chains. They are slightly more expensive and a different look, but do get in touch if you want to arrange a different chain. With the placing of the diamond ring we solder the pendant in a Russian ring formation so they move around, sometimes this ring will be forefront, sometimes it will fall to the back. This is the design as they are not fixed in a solid, rigid pendant. We are glad to hear that overall you like the necklace, but please reach out via email if you would like to discuss further. “Very happy with the necklace. I anticipated the charm would be a bit smaller. Delivery was quick and presentation lovely! I would give the company 4 and 1/2 stars and would shop there again! The citrine stone was not as clear as I had hoped.”
