“The jewellery I purchased for my wife's 70th Birthday (A gold necklace with seven rings, one for each decade in three colour gold) was fine. However the packaging with my message on was nowhere near nice enough for an item like that. It was a dull cardboard box, with the message I'd taken trouble to write. Then once that box was opened the small presentation box inside wasn't bad.”

It sounds like you are referring to the outer packaging carton, which is brown cardboard with our shop printed on the front -this is purely for posting. There would not have been a gift note on there. The gift note should have been inside the green, branded jewellery box with the necklace resting on top. “Good communication and efficient ordering process. Clear and easy to use website. Unfortunately, one point must be deducted because the item was not as depicted in the description since the internal birthday message inside the box was missing.”

“Though the item is well made and has some quality I would liked to have the opportunity of a bigger central coral to show the 35th anniversary part and the rings to be a touch thicker but I do like the jewellery and I am sure my wife will love it when I give it to her”

“I have purchased Honey Willow jewelry in the past and remain impressed with the quality, presentation, packaging and care put into them and their delivery. This time, while ordering on line, I missed the place to add a birthday wish/note to the recipient before the order was submitted. It would be nice if this was made a little more obvious in the order process.”

“I was incredibly pleased with the swiftness of completing my online order and shipment to the US. Thank you! Beautiful earrings for my mother's 80th birthday. One note: The french wire is quite small--the earring rubs the bottom of her earlobe. Is there a way to incorporate a larger french wire? Also, loved the gift packaging and special note!”

Hi Kristi, Thank you for your valuable feedback, we have not had this commented on before and these are a bestselling product for us. I wonder if a member of your family could take a photo of the earring in your mother's ear so we can see the issue? You could mail it jewellery@honeywillow.com. We don't have larger earwires but there is potential to adjust by added a couple of extra rings before the hook to make the earrings hang lower? “I found orderingsystem disjointed especially as some information doesn't come up until you get nearly to completion of transaction. This problem caused me to rethink purchase twice. There was also a code for a reduction in price is you accept e mail info. I could have easily missed this. The item came swiftly and was as I ordered.”
