“The quality is okay, but I feel the price is quite expensive for such a thin bangle. I was also disappointed that there is no silver stamp or hallmark on the bangle, and the stone setting is also not stamped to verify that it is silver. The rock crystal itself also feels quite plasticky and doesn't have the quality or appearance I was expecting for the price. Overall, I think it is overpriced for what you receive.”

We would just like to reassure you that the bangle is made from genuine sterling silver and the stone is genuine natural rock crystal. The bangle falls below the legal weight threshold at which sterling silver jewellery is required to be hallmarked in the UK, which is why you won’t see a hallmark on this particular piece. We’re sorry that the style and feel of the bangle weren’t as you had hoped. We do try to show the size and delicate nature of our pieces as clearly as possible in our photographs and descriptions, but we appreciate that it can sometimes be difficult to judge these things when purchasing jewellery online. “I was quite disappointed as my necklace purchased for my wedding, which was at a cost of £185 arrived all tangled and as it was made of a delicate silver. Therefore I was concerned about it breaking, as I tried to untangled it.”

“I ordered a sisters necklace for her 60th birthday , but for the cost. I thought that the pendant is too delicate and I couldn’t read the engraving fur sisters. Also the birthstones are very small .”

“The idea of seven decades pendant is good. However, the photo looks better than real thing. It is a bit flimsy and the chain is way too thin. Most 70 year olds will find it difficult to put the chain on, as the lock is so tiny and hard to open & close. I am a bit disappointed with quality, and think it was not worth the amount of money charged. Great idea but execution was not that great.”

“Overall, the necklace was so-so. Also, the “included 2 inch extender chain” was not included in my package for some reason (and that extender was needed for my mom to wear her necklace comfortably). Also, I reached out to customer service because my delivery was stalled in Illinois for 3 days. The answer I received from Honey Willow was sub-par. Overall, it took just shy of 2 weeks to receive the necklace I ordered as a gift for a very special birthday. Unfortunately the necklace arrived after the birthday. All in all, this was not a good experience, and I did not feel valued as a customer.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was quick we were pleased with the product however the packaging was not as ordered. The card that come in the box said eight birthstones for eight decades and we did not have birthstones so had to remove the card and didn’t have the explanation of right rings for eight decades. Which was the primary reason for the purchase. We wanted something 80th specific.”

“The idea of the particular piece of jewellery was lovely (for 90th birthday). However, I didn’t think that the very small birthstone (Aquamarine) was set particularly well. I also felt that it was not value for money. Basically I was rather disappointed”

“I reached out about a necklace, and everyone was great in communication as I needed it expedited and the shipping expedited. All of that was great, and I paid for both, and it arrived in plenty of time. unfortunately the insert inside talked about being 60 years old instead of a six year anniversary. Simple mistake or somebody put the wrong thing in, however, when I reached out to say, can either the correct one be sent or else can you just send me a picture and I’ll have it printed locally, I never got a single response. The necklace looks great, but obviously something was dropped during the process. Leaves what could have been as a great experience from a boutique shop to seem too be too busy to notice the details. Happy overall but probably would look elsewhere next time.”

Each piece is packed carefully in its own gift box, wrapped in tissue paper, then a packing box and finally a shipping sleeve to mitigate disruption.
