“My granddaughter was very pleased with her gift and the sentiment of the three rings connecting her with me and her late granddad.. I was disappointed because the photos gave a deceptive impression of the size of the rings. Honest actual size pictures should be shown”

“Overall, the necklace was so-so. Also, the “included 2 inch extender chain” was not included in my package for some reason (and that extender was needed for my mom to wear her necklace comfortably). Also, I reached out to customer service because my delivery was stalled in Illinois for 3 days. The answer I received from Honey Willow was sub-par. Overall, it took just shy of 2 weeks to receive the necklace I ordered as a gift for a very special birthday. Unfortunately the necklace arrived after the birthday. All in all, this was not a good experience, and I did not feel valued as a customer.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was quick we were pleased with the product however the packaging was not as ordered. The card that come in the box said eight birthstones for eight decades and we did not have birthstones so had to remove the card and didn’t have the explanation of right rings for eight decades. Which was the primary reason for the purchase. We wanted something 80th specific.”

“The idea of the particular piece of jewellery was lovely (for 90th birthday). However, I didn’t think that the very small birthstone (Aquamarine) was set particularly well. I also felt that it was not value for money. Basically I was rather disappointed”

“Beautifully crafted 6 diamond rings on chain to celebrate our Diamond wedding anniversary this year but my wife is afraid to wear it as the16" chain feels too thin & flimsy sorry”

Each ring is individually sawn, shaped and soldered by a silversmith to create these earrings- they are not machine made. Hi Wanita, Thank you for your review. We have spent a lot of time developing our packaging so it's disappointing to hear that you were unhappy with the finished product. Each box is made from quality, high GSM card and pressed with gold foil. The gift note is also hand-pressed with gold foil. We believe this adds value to our jewellery. “I’m still waiting to receive my purchase. I have sent an email and still waiting for a reply. My credit card has been billed but I haven’t received my purchase. I was hoping to have it for this weekend so my mother could wear her necklace.”

“I reached out about a necklace, and everyone was great in communication as I needed it expedited and the shipping expedited. All of that was great, and I paid for both, and it arrived in plenty of time. unfortunately the insert inside talked about being 60 years old instead of a six year anniversary. Simple mistake or somebody put the wrong thing in, however, when I reached out to say, can either the correct one be sent or else can you just send me a picture and I’ll have it printed locally, I never got a single response. The necklace looks great, but obviously something was dropped during the process. Leaves what could have been as a great experience from a boutique shop to seem too be too busy to notice the details. Happy overall but probably would look elsewhere next time.”

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the necklace arrived with a knot in the extender chain. We ship hundreds of parcels globally, safely every week. Each piece is packed carefully in its own gift box, wrapped in tissue paper, then a packing box and finally a shipping sleeve to mitigate disruption. Thank you for allowing us to resolve this by sending a replacement chain direct to your niece.

“I ordered a necklace for a loved one’s 60th birthday. Although the necklace was pretty, the rings on the necklace we’re very small and are barely viewable on their neck. I would suggest additional photos to scale for more accurate size decisions.”
