I ordered four necklaces from Honey Willow for milestone birthdays in my family (my MIL, mother, sister, and wife). Three were shipped to my house and arrived on time, but the fourth—the most urgent—was sent directly to the recipient. Unfortunately, despite the promised shipping timeframe, it took a month to arrive, missing the special birthday entirely. Throughout the delay, the only response I received from the team was a series of excuses and a 5% discount, which did little to make up for the missed occasion. I can't comment on the jewelry itself since it was delivered after my departure, but the lack of accountability and poor resolution of the shipping issues left me disappointed. If you're ordering for a time-sensitive occasion, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

While shipping delays are out of our control, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you. We always strive to provide the best service possible, and we regret that you felt we fell short in this instance. Behind the scenes, our team were doing all we could to try and resolve the delay with the courier, however as it was the busy Holiday season, it was very much beyond our control. Arranged for them to despatch on a day to suit my wife's birthday and they failed to achieve this

Hi Keith, Thank you for your recent reviews. I have gone over the history of your order to see what went wrong here and how we can learn from this experience. I can see you rang the shop and we have a note asking for your order to be delayed shipping until the 20th of September as you were on holiday. I am sorry you were under the impression it would be posted to arrive on the 20th. Somewhere along the line a miscommunication has happened. We don't normally hold sending orders and we can't promise an exact delivery date as once the order leaves us delivery is in the hands of DPD. It is why we list approximate shipping dates on our website. I understand you are also unhappy with your chain. This is our heaviest chain so I'm afraid we cannot offer an alternative but if you are unsure of the necklace you are welcome to return for a refund. We hope you understand that we tried our best to follow your instructions and we will amend our processes to ensure this does not happen again. Best wishes Honey Willow

So very disappointed with the quality of the stone in the necklace almost colourless compared to illustration on your web site

Didn’t feel after sales customer service was great. They have to understand that when buying online it’s a different experience to touching something a store. Had I been able to do that I wouldn’t have purchased. As it was when it came I didn’t like it but they proved difficult to deal with arguing that it was handmade so therefore couldn’t be returned when I’m pretty sure the that only the hand stamped ring would have been unusable.

Again, we are so sorry that you are disappointed with your jewellery. We don't normally offer refunds on personalised jewellery, as we handcraft it all to order, however we wanted you to be happy with your jewellery, and as it was clear you were not, we offered you a full refund on 7th October, 2.5 weeks before you left this review.

The reason for my low score is based on customer service not the product. I ordered online and had a delivery comment on the notes section that was totally ignored. I even tried to call but only ever got voicemail, I left a message but never received a response.

I was very happy with the look of the gift that I gave to my wife for our wedding day. She loved it too. Unfortunately after only having worn the item twice the item has become quite tarnished which has left us both disappointed

The design on chain was lovely but chain itself was very small paid over £80 for it so did expect it to be bigger had go buy a new chain so had more expense on top of what I paid 🙁
