“Lovely jewellery & first class customer service. I had a minor issue with a gift I had received & didn’t wish to trouble the giftee as they had other things going on (the birth of my first grandchild). I contacted HW direct & the response was immediate & super accommodating & my issue resolved very quickly. I am very happy & can once again wear my beautiful & very thoughtful gift.”

“Necklace ordered and arrived in a reasonable time. When opened they had placed the wrong birth stone in the jewelry. They quickly did a replacement order and when that arrived it was with correct birth stone. Team were amazing in organizing the replacement. 🧡 Thankyou”
