“Very happy with the 2 purchases made. Being able to have the boxes of each item inscribed with a personal message, was a nice addition. It was also very personal seeing the photos of the people who made the jewellery along with their hand written good wishes message. Excellent service all round from placing order to delivery.”

“Brilliant! I didn't realise until I went to order the item that it got sent off to get Hallmarked and 2 weeks were needed. I phoned, spoke to a lovely lady who assured me she'd get the order sorted quickly. I exaplained when I needed the gift for and it even arrived with a few days to go. Excellent customer service and beautiful jewellery. Thank you!”

“I bought this item for my 'second mother' who was celebrating her 90th Birthday on 29th of March. I was very impressed with how it was packaged and the attention of details. Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend her celebration but I managed to get this item to her on time. She was over the moon and she messaged me again and again to tell me how beautiful it was and how much she liked it. I would like to thank you on her behalf for a job well done.”

“Overall, the necklace was so-so. Also, the “included 2 inch extender chain” was not included in my package for some reason (and that extender was needed for my mom to wear her necklace comfortably). Also, I reached out to customer service because my delivery was stalled in Illinois for 3 days. The answer I received from Honey Willow was sub-par. Overall, it took just shy of 2 weeks to receive the necklace I ordered as a gift for a very special birthday. Unfortunately the necklace arrived after the birthday. All in all, this was not a good experience, and I did not feel valued as a customer.”
