We do include the dimension of the rings and have photographs and video to illustrate the size of the piece. However we appreciate that it is not always easy when purchasing online. “Fantastic service from Honey Willow recently as they replaced 1 of the 6 rings I lost from a 60th necklace that was bought for me. “I bought a 70th birthday necklace. It is beautifully made, and I love wearing it. I broke the chain shortly after receiving it. It had nothing to do with the quality of the necklace. It was totally my fault. I contacted Honey Willow and they told me my options as I live in the United States. They were prompt in answering my emails and extremely patient as I decided which option to take. I finally decided to send the necklace back to them. They told me what I needed to do to send it to them. All went well. The chain was replaced and the necklace was sent back quickly. I'm very happy with my purchase and with the service I received to have the chain replaced. I would definitely recommend Honey Willow and would buy from them again”

“Fantastic company creating gorgeous handmade jewellery. I needed an item at short notice and they went out of their way to make sure I got it in time — even remaking my order and opening their workshop on a Saturday so I could collect it. They were incredibly friendly, and while I was in the workshop I got to see some of their other pieces, all of which were so intricate and beautiful. Perfect for a special gift.”

“Bought a 50th Anniversary necklace comprising the five ring links signifying our five decades together. Lovely item of jewellery; very happily received (as a surprise) by my wife, beautifully designed and with great magnetic clasp - a great idea for the likely age group. Very good communication prior to order: the necklace was in fact for the anniversary of our first date - as opposed to our wedding day - and Rosie at Honey Willow was clear and concise as to how to accomplish this. On receipt, the package was nicely presented and the personal messages from the team were a delight. Perfect in every way; thank you Mick”
