“I can’t begin to tell you how lucky I was to find your site when searching for an appropriate 70th birthday gift. The necklace with seven rings is absolutely as beautiful in person as it was on your website. Add adding the note to the gift box is an added bonus. Also, it came in such a wonderful timely manner. I received it in plenty of time before the birthday lunch of my friend turning 70. Also, what a nice touch to put your own little birthday note in the package. This is a wonderful organization and I look forward to finding something special there again. Thank you again. Mary”

“It was better than the picture on line beautiful. My daughter absolutely loved it. She wanted to show to her workmates and tucked it under her shirt to show them (works in the forces no jewellery allowed.) It's stunning. Big thank you”

“Sorry, definitely not what was expected. Small, flimsy, just - product doesn't "Wow!" As expected. Lost $$$$ - so I'll have to scramble to get my wife something else which is meaningful for this occasion. Update: Honey Willow graciously accepted the jewelry piece in return and promised to refund the entire cost plus return shipping. Fantastic customer service and I'm sure this particular piece will be enjoyed by another. Thanks HW,”

“Beautiful necklace for my mother's 80th. I ordered from Australia to be delivered to Canada for my mother's birthday as she was travelling there. The service was excellent, friendly when I rang, and the present arrived with no hassles (except beware when delivering to Canada you will have to pay duty!). Thank you - an excellent gift!”

“Ordered a necklace for my mums 80th birthday. I was able to speak to someone at Honey Willow prior to ordering and they answered all my questions knowledgeably so that I could order the right necklace. “I purchased a red coral and pearl bracelet with gold in-fills for my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary. She was delighted with it. I loved the very personal service we received from Honey & Willow. The bracelet was of a good quality, handmade, arrived in time as expected and beautify wrapped with stickers of the ladies who made it inside the box. Note there is a small charge for gift wrapping which I didn’t mind. The only comment I have is that there could be a option to have the bracelet in various lengths. The item I purchased was smaller than I imaged although luckily, my wide has quite small wrists so it fitted perfectly. It may be slightly on the small side for those with wider wrists.”
